- 60 g flour (1/4 cup)
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter (or 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 90 g honey (or maple syrup)
- Chives, chopped (for garnish)
Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each chicken breast lightly in the flour, making sure it’s evenly coated.
