- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger (approx. 1-inch piece)
- 1 cup hot water
- Juice of one lemon
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional, for sweetness)
Boil 1 cup of water and pour it over the lemon balm leaves in a cup or teapot.
